Epidemic
What do you think about using it on ranger or paragons? Rangers can stack poison, bleeding, daze or burning, and blind on one enemy and spread it around with epidemic. Paragons can do the same.

BHA + Apply Poison + Screaming Shot + Epidemic = Epic Mob Ownage.
Can also be used with Burning arrow too.

R/Me with Epidemic is always worth using if taking conditions. Unless you need something like a condition/hex removal skill, Epidemic does wonders. PvE mobs tend to group up nicely unless you scatter them with AoE skills like Firestorm. This makes spreading the conditions easy.
Barrage+Concussion Shot+Epidemic = caster group shut down
I also run this on Air builds to spread Blind, Weakness, and Cracked Armor.

For my ranger's conditional build, I pack BHA, Apply Poison, Throw Dirt, and Pin Down. It works well enough for me, at least.
BHA and Apply Poison for obvious usage, Throw Dirt if someone in your team's getting their hindies pounded on by melee fighters too hard. Since Throw Dirt already affects adjacent foes, I only epidemic blind melee fighters when a bunch of non-blinded fighters and the blind one pack together to pound on some elementalist or something.
After the patch, Pin Down can consistently cripple someone, so I usually do it on melee fighters to slow them down coming towards my party or simply so casters in the party can get away if we're focusing on their casters.
I prefer having someone else splint barrage or critical barrage the things I mass daze. I don't quite appreciate Volley's damage and shooting once every two seconds feels, well, useless and not very fruiful.

Epidemic is a poor choice for spreading conditions such as poison (that are spread so very very easily). We can't forget the very very poor range it has. I think it's a better match for daze, and that's the only reason I'd use it. Even if you just spread daze to one other baddie, it's worth it.

There is a substitute for epidemic, but I forget the name and its not elite.
Same description as [epidemic], but with foes in the area.

It transfers the conditions from enemies in the area to that enemy.
And it's called "Hypochondria".
I used to use it in Mandragorway, but the revert to Fragility hurt the main guy.

Rarely worthwhile.
First of all, half the conditions aren't worth spreading. Poison and Bleeding are weak conditions, not worth spreading. Crippled is pretty weak in PvE, barely worth spreading. Disease already spreads on it's own.
Second of all, other classes do a better job with most of the conditions that are worth spreading. Epidemic is only "adjacent" range. Elementalists can spread burning over "in the area." Necromancers can spread weakness over "in the area." Mesmers with Fevered Dreams can spread any conditions over "in the area," and they can use Finish Him for deep wound and cracked armor, and an ele secondary (or primary even) for long-duration blind and weakness. All that's left is dazed.
So, the upshot of all that is that the only worthwhile thing "broadhepidemic" does is spread dazed to adjacent foes. Is that worth it? Well, ask yourself:
(1) How many adjacent casters are there per mob, and how many of those are casters are potent enough to be "worth" dazing?
(2) Who is going to hit the extra dazed monsters to interrupt them? Are you going to try to target switch fast enough to interrupt them all yourself? (Good luck.) Do you have a physical-heavy team and you're really OK with everyone hitting different targets? (If you are, maybe you should rethink that...) Do you have minions to deliver the hits? Without someone actively hitting a target to interrupt it, adjacent-range dazed is nothing more than Arcane Conundrum.
(3) If these casters are adjacent, would it be faster and easier just to BHA the highest-priority one, then splinter+volley them all to death?
Usually it turns out that "broadhepidemic" isn't worth the bother.

>_> I didn't even know about hypochondria. Guess I'll try using that later. And since i play a necro, I spread weakness and sometimes cracked armor. And conditions like poison and bleeding don't help much but it's going to be a hero build and I can't stick many better skills on

I wouldn't use it.
It's only truly good on a Fevered Dreams build, such as the one I used in Mandragorway (Search the thread: Mandragor Synergy for the builds ect. Not really good now though, on a hero, Fragility is less spammable due to energy.)
